Certain images are provided for illustration purposes only. A small percentage of packaging may show some signs of transit with the occasional box having been opened. supplied contents may vary.

Ordering
We aim to process all orders on the same working day as receipt and all products are supplied subject to availability. An automated confirmation e mail will be sent to confirm your details and the products ordered - this is for guidance only and you will be contacted directly in the event of a query, price change or shortage of a product if relevant. We reserve the right to refuse the supply of any item without providing a reason. All products remain the property of truckandstuff.co.uk until payment in full has cleared.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted are for working days which exclude Saturday, Sunday and any Public Holidays. Delivery times quoted are for guidance only and all shipments are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the relevant carrier. No claim for liability or consequential loss can be accepted against the late delivery of a parcel.


Change Or Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact our Customer Service by email for assistance. Orders can only be cancelled if the processing of the order has not yet started. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered you will need to follow our returns procedure below.

Hassle Free Returns
We're committed to selling high-quality products which we hope you'll enjoy using. There may however be an occasion when you may need to return your purchase In the event you do wish to return a product, please email us to ensure your return is dealt with in the best possible way.
Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.

I do not wish to keep my item – it is not faulty…

Should you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item within 30 days of delivery, please notify us by emailing us and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. We are happy to refund most items, providing the product is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories.

Please Note: In this event you are responsible for the safe storage and return of the items at your own cost and risk.

My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery…

If your item develops a fault with 30 days of delivery, please notify us by email and submitting a ‘RMA’ request. If an item is needing to be returned due to being faulty within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a pre-paid postage label or arrange a collection at our expense.

Subject to inspection & confirmation of being faulty, we will offer a full refund including postage costs. The refund will be actioned once the original product has been received back to our returns department for assessment and verification of the fault.

Items returned to us via collection or pre-paid label will take 48 hours to be delivered back to us for assessment. Please note that it can take 30 days for any refund given to be shown in your account.
